Our fabrication shop receives your project after
detailing has been completed and released for fabrication.
It goes from layout through the different stations,
depending on the details for that particular piece;
always under the watchful eye of our Quality Control
Department. The additional time used by our QA/QC
staff ensures less time lost in the field for your project,
which means your schedule is also ours. Next the pieces
move from the fabrication process to our cleaning area.

Our process here is to clean the fabricated steel per
specifications of your project. That can range from wire
brushing to light, medium, or heavy blasting. This is
just as important as fabrication. We understand that
clean steel and only clean steel will hold the prime coat
as designed. Once we have completed this step your
product moves to our coating shop.
